Jay Cunningham is the owner and head coach of Protective Shooting Concepts. Jay is a resident of Western Pennsylvania, and began serious firearms training in 2006. As part of his own growth and development, he is actively coaching both novice and experienced shooters.
Jay has participated in over 1,000 hours of formal professional firearms training and is an NRA Certified Range Safety Officer, NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, and NRA Certified Personal Protection Inside the Home Instructor.
Jay was a Vickers Shooting Method Regional Endorsed Instructor and was Colt AR-15 Armorer Certified by Ken Elmore of Specialized Armament.
